My experience in the Fall of 2024 with Loch at Den's Auto Repair is first and foremost he is a person of great integrity and a big heart towards anyone who has the fortune to meet him. Matching that is his skill and knowledge of his trade. I learned all of this of Loch within an hour of him answering my call of an engine failure shortly after the shop had closed. He remained at the shop waiting for the tow truck to arrive with me, my family and car. I explained we were in a bind, 750 miles from home, and needing to be at our destination another 250 miles away the next day. He immediately set about diagnosing the cause of the engine failure while showing and explaining to me each step he took. I knew enough from my younger days of doing some engine maintenance to understand that what he showed me meant a blown head gasket and cracked engine and a repair that could not be completed in time to put us back on the road within a day. By Loch understanding our predicament, he showed an immense amount of kindness in staying after hours to look at the car. His quick and expert diagnosis made our decision easy to leave the car in his good hands for repair and rent another. When I returned to the shop after the repairs were completed Loch explained to me what had been done while showing me the restored engine. Seeing me off he gave me a couple of cold bottles of water for what turned out to be a long and smooth road trip home!

Called and stopped by a couple of other auto shops in the area prior for AC REPAIR. I'm SO GLAD I made one more call and found this place. Loch was very sincere over the phone and explained what he would need to look over before quoting daignostics. The diagnostic prices were VERY VERY REASONABLE. (This is from my having over 25 years experience getting repair quotes from auto dealerships, mom and pop shops, to backyard mechanics all over the country and outside the United States!!) On arrival, a couple of other customers were in line, but as soon as he got my info he was able to bring my car in. Within 30-40 minutes he and his team were able to pinpoint the problem areas. Loch thoroughly explained the workings of the AC system as well as gave advice on what needed to be maintained on my particular vehicle to keep it running longer. Needless to say my AC is NOW working ICE COOL🥶 after recharging refrigerant! I lucked out this time as I know AC repairs can get pretty expensive, but I would DEFINITELY come see this repair shop ANYTIME for future repairs. Honest and Trustworthy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very grateful that I stopped by this shop. The owner was professional, fair and knowledgeable. Took in my Honda Accord for a check engine light. Loch, the owner, quickly identified the issue and explained in detail, what was happening. Will DEFINITELY do business here from now on. It’s tough finding great mechanics! You can tell that they are fair and experienced. 5 stars for sure.

I needed an immediate auto repair and was so happy when I received an appointment the same day. Loch explained everything to me in great detail and gave me a fair price. He did not attempt to upsell in any way. The diagnostic was correct and the repair has resolved the problem. My car is running great. I found the entire process to be a positive experience. I appreciated the time Loch spent explaining everything to me and keeping the price fair. This was the first time I've used Den's Auto Repair and it was the best service I've ever received. I will definitely return to Den's Auto Repair for future auto maintenance and repair.
