The worst service of bay area. Mechanics get into customers' private matters. There's a lot of gossip in this place. They are unprofessional and replace parts that your car doesn't need.

If you’re looking for an honest, affordable mechanic in San Francisco, look no further. I’ve brought my car in several times and every time Andy at Ngai’s has been both incredibly helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. The last time I dropped in because my brakes were squealing and a belt sounded loose. He inspected the car and said that he COULD do something to my car but it didn’t NEED anything. My car was fine as is. And he took the time to explain the noises, even pulling out a part to show me. I walked away spending no money and feeling such gratitude that found such an honest place!

Friendly people and quick, professional service! I got my front brakes and rotors done here—same day service in 4-5 hours. Their prices were reasonable compared to other auto shops I called, and I’d happily return for any other car needs.

Had called a few other shops that were slightly closer to me and they were all booked up. Called Andy and he answered the phone and told me to come on over. First impression stepping out of my car was the burning incense, which I already knew I loved this place. Andy got my car lifted, called me in 20min to tell me the cost (shocks and housing replacement, along with new rear brakes) and got everything done in 5 hours! Was super nice and will not take my car anywhere else in SF.
