I've known this family the whole time I've been back in San Francisco and I like to make fun with them for the name because I tell them loyalty is royalty. And it's true, everyone who works here, if you treat them with respect, then this will be like another family. You come to get gas or smog and you leave with a fresh spirit and good feeling.
