Excellent USA made product, look and sound great on my ‘69 Chevelle!

By far the best and quality headers that I've ever bought it was my first time buying their headers I was told by blueprint I had to buy a special set of headers for my blueprint engine to fit in my Chevelle I'm more than pleased with this company and their quality off work you can tell that they take pride in their business I will never buy another set of headers anywhere else plus I got a sign that said Sanderson headers that they sent me and a manual that explained the headers very well

I purchased a set of Sanderson shorty headers, and they’ve been nothing but trouble due to persistent leaks. After taking them to multiple exhaust shops, none could fully resolve the issue. One shop even determined that the headers were warped and unable to seal properly. The leaks occurred at both the main manifold and the collectors. Frustrated, I removed one of the headers to redo the Permatex, only to discover that much of the ceramic coating had deteriorated. When I reached out to Sanderson for support, I was met with dismissive responses from their so-called expert, who blamed improper tuning for the coating failure. He insisted that the headers would have had to exceed 1500 degrees for the coating to break down—an absurd claim, considering that such extreme temperatures would have melted the plug wires and every rubber component in the engine bay. Despite the supposed five-year warranty, the owner refused to speak with me and declined to honor the guarantee. As a result, I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and plan to pursue action in small claims court.

Sanderson Headers is a wonderful business. In my 4 years of ordering headers and other accessories for my autoshop, I have never had an issue. No scratches, dents, or dings. All of their headers come with quality in mind and it shows. I have enjoyed the many conversations I’ve had with Donna — always courteous, respectful, and a pleasure to talk to. On several occasions I have needed custom headers and Carlos was also wonderful to work with. Apart from scheduling, which can be a hassle when only one vehicle is taken per week for his custom headers, there’s nothing to complain about. Fitment is always perfect for the application. Sometimes what I have is a little much so they send me to Sam at Century. He is a cool dude, nice talking to him. I hope their business goes far in the future!

Carlos did a beautiful job modifying and re-coating my existing Long-Tube headers. He also built a three inch stainless exhaust system with X-pipe, Magna Flow and chrome tips. All the welds are excellent, the sound is nice and the look is cool. Exactly what I was looking for. Everyone at Sanderson was super friendly and helpful. I definitely appreciate this quality experience and recommend Sanderson.
