🔧 Fix Auto South City

On two occasions David at Fix Auto negotiated with my insurance company. The second time they wanted to total out the car, but David's negotiating skills found an acceptable price that the insurance would pay. Saved my bacon.

Great service and friendly attitude towards consumers. My experience with fix auto San Francisco is very positive and pleasant one. The staff, especially David, are professional and courteous. They fixed my car beautifully. I have confidence in their work ethic and attitude toward customers. Overall I give them a five star rating. Well done guys! 👍👏

I don’t know how these guys do repairs, but I think it’s just as bad as how they treat potential clients. I made an appointment through their website to get an estimate for my Tesla Model Y 2024 repair. I got there on time and said, hello, here I am. A man came out to me with a very dismissive attitude and look at me and said, well, let's go look at the car. When we got to the car, he said that he would not give me an estimate because he was not going to waste his time on this, because I did not confirm to him that I would be getting repairs done by him. At the same time, while inspecting the car, he took and tore off the fender liner on my car! I said to him, why did you do that? I still have to drive this car. And you took and tore it off, and now it's dangling. Put it back the way it was. He again, with a dismissive look, tried to put it back in place anyhow, but not at all the way it was. I have never received worse treatment towards myself and my car at any service center.

After the shock and stress of having my beautiful hit by a careless driver, Fix Auto provided a comfort that I truly needed. They not only took care of me, but restored my car to the same beauty that I saw when I bought it, brand new, 2 years ago. They kept me updated on the progress every day, completed the work ahead of schedule and even made renting a car a piece of cake. Their work is excellent and their compassion... outstanding.

I looked at Yelp to locate good auto body shops around South City and found Fix Auto. I met with Tommy and we had a discussion about the repairs. He is easy to work with and explained the process in a friendly and professional manner. I had to make some repairs to my truck and also asked for some additional repairs. The work was done sooner than expected and looks great. I am happy and my truck looks new again. Thank you to Tommy and Team!
