Chris was the host and was wonderful to work with. They provided a complimentary uber ride home (I opted for this, rather than a loaner car). I like that they provide timely status updates by text. Pickup was easy and quick!

I purchased my X7 M50 from East Bay BMW. Absolutely horrible sales experience, sales rep misrepresented some of the warranties and the sales manager in the backroom was extremely rude and pushy about upsold service plans. I was convinced my servicing experience would be downhill from there. Comparatively, I've had my car serviced at San Francisco BMW for the past 2 years now and I've had an amazing ownership experience. Ask for Vincent Varilla. He's the man. He's been candid about service options and pricing throughout my 5 services. Gave me the best options based on my needs. Never tried to upsell me on plans I don't need. He even went the extra mile when I lost my keys in Colorado (pro-tip, don't forget to add your digital key when you get a new phone). I'll be a customer for life here.

We are extremely happy with our experience with BMW San Francisco. We have been looking for an SUV since last year. We have ordered 2 cars but none of them arrived a year later. We worked with Larry and he made it happened in less than 2 months. He first told us to expect the car around Thanksgiving but it arrived 2 weeks early. He under promised and total delivered. We werenβt feel any pressure at all, he let us go home and decide what our family would like to do. Our finance guy, John Meier is also awesome. He took a good care of us in timely manner. We were very much happy with their service and of course our new SUV!
