They went above and beyond to make the financing process easy and transparent, and exceeded my expectations in every way. I met Ray Manas while I was searching for a BMW dealership to place two orders, one for myself and one for a friend (still waiting on one delivery, will update when it arrives!). What really stood out about Ray was his no-nonsense approach. He was incredibly responsive, answering questions at all hours, even as late as 11:30 PM. My friend and I aren’t the easiest customers. We care about every little detail and option. One of the cars was a custom build that’s still in progress, and Ray handled the entire process smoothly. On top of that, he’s a genuine car guy. He drives a BMW himself, and it’s clear he really enjoys what he does. That kind of enthusiasm makes the whole buying experience much more enjoyable.

Shoutout to everyone at BMW SF for getting me my dream car! I had my BMW M235i for the last 10yrs and although I love her so much, it was time to upgrade to the next level. Nick D. called me as soon as I inquired via email to learn about what I was looking for and we promptly set up a viewing/ test drive. Michael (Tow) and Tony were instrumental in us obtaining our 2025 i5 M60.
