Take your vehicles to frank at your own risk… took frank 3 of my vehicles 1 came out ok for now fixed E brake that 3 other shops couldn’t figure out, one recommended to replaced all brake cables because must be old and worn/streched out and cannot adjust frank complained about being difficult to replace the cables but were able to adjust not sure how? Another vehicle spend 500 and check engine light back a week later also returned car with scrapped and dented door from hitting their shop door didn’t want to complain since older car and first times testing shop out, took frank 3rd vehicle to replace my engine and nothing but probably did the complete opposite of what was told to do and damaged head gaskets seems like head gasket sealant was added and no thermostat to keep car from getting hot because car does not get to running temperature stays cold Just spend 8k parts and labor which I’ll be charging him in small claims soon and see what the judge thinks also will go to another shop and have a compression test done and diagnose completely over franks work…. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE

Frank and the guys are the best in the city! Been going to them for years! Beyond reliable! Fast and always leaves no stone unturned! It’s great to see how knowledgeable everyone is working there and how respectful they are too!

Came here to fix my radiator. When I received the car back, my radio was no longer working. I brought it back to have them check it out and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it, yet it was working before I came here. Radio hasn't worked since. Unfortunate because I almost went with another shop but they seemed nice. Will be filing a complaint with the BAR.

Help in a dire situation This review is long overdue. Pre COVID I rolled (literally) to A&C Auto with a huge screw stuck in an almost deflated tire. I had my young children in the car and I needed to get the tire patched asap. I approached the garage bay and asked for help. The lifts were full and everyone was busy. Frank immediately came out to inspect my tire and went to work removing the obstruction and patching the tire. He did an excellent job and I would ride on that tire for another 10k miles before replacing the entire set. This could have been a lengthy fix in an area of SF known for not being safe. Frank could have charged me $$$ for this emergency patch job but he did not, instead charging me the regular fee. I appreciate this man and his honesty.

I brought my car there for headlights malfunction. The place says electrical diagnostic. I pay the guy $150+ to find problem. So Frank says he will order part on eBay. Schedule for next week. If he can't fix it , he said he will give me my money back. I told him, if he can't fix it I'll take 1/2 my money back for putting in effort. My car is fixed everything is good! I recommend this shop to each and everyone of you. Thank you Frank. God bless you 🙏
