I have been using Metric Motors for over 5 yrs for all of my Audi A4 car service, hands down the best. Jose and Andy are always friendly, courteous and go out of their way to explain all the repair work. And they stand by their service. I highly recommend them!!!

I brought my Audi A3 to Metric Motors in October 2024 for a regular inspection, oil change, and to check out some noise coming from the rear suspension. Initially, I was a bit concerned due to some mixed reviews about the recent ownership change, but I honestly don't know what those people are talking about because this place couldn't be any better! Jose not only identified the noise immediately but went above and beyond by reaching out to the mechanic who had installed the wrong struts in my car about 1.5 years ago. He managed to convince that mechanic to fix the issue for free! (Jose even mentioned he could fix it himself but didn’t want me to spend extra on repairs, which speaks volumes about his integrity.) Metric Motors is truly a gem, filled with honesty, expertise, and kindness. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else from now on. A special thanks to Angelina as well—she’s incredibly sweet and helpful!

Jose is the best! I was able to schedule an appointment and get my car serviced within two days. Jose did an excellent job in replacing my brake pads and even fixed my wiper blades that were not properly aligned. I highly recommend Jose and his team and I’ll be coming back for all my future repairs.

I VERY HIGHLY recommend Jose & Metric Motors for anyone looking for an honest, affordable and dependable service shop to go to. After a really bad experience at the dealer, I took a chance on Metric Motors to tell me like it is and give me a fair assessment of what I needed to take care of on my 2011 BMW. I take excellent care of this car and they recognized it, but also gave me a very fair price on the work that needed to be done. The initial repair work for a leak was done quickly, on time and with no other "hidden" things wrong diagnosed with the car, unlike previous experiences with other folks. I had to take her in again for an air conditioning change (that saved my life in this last heat spell), also a really positive experience. Thank You Jose & team!
