O'Reilly Auto Parts

I have made over 30 recent purchases totaling thousands of dollars and still get treated like I'm nobody. I'm in the shop up to 3 times a week, you would think someone would know my name? I keep my fingers crossed that they will get new management, or another auto parts store will open u…

I always like how easy it is to find what I need and get out. Staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. This is the place I would send anyone who needs something for their car, and not have to pay an arm and a leg!

We bought a battery from Costco and came to O’Reilly to buy the tools to install it. Douglas was SUPER helpful in finding the right tools and guiding us through the process. Both my husband and I were floored by his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, it’s hard to find service people like him these days where everything is very transactional.

Came in to buy oil for a thirsty car, walked away super impressed by how courteous and professional the staff was this afternoon. Even as I left the guy answering the phone was super friendly sounding. Top notch, I was delighted and totally not expecting it. Definitely coming back here for my thirsty car

They had everything that I wanted but at a higher price than a few other stores or online. No one was rude to me there
