No, I know sometimes automobile places have a reputation of trying to take advantage of their customers, but O’Reilly auto parts was very helpful and guided me through the process. I wasn’t sure if I was getting the correct lightbulb. The employee told me if it is not the correct lightbulb, bring it back and we will make sure you get the correct one. I rented a tool from orielys in Richmond but I work a lot was unable to return it until a week later. I called a random oriely's and asked if I can get a refund still. They said bring it in it's fine. So I called this store they told me the same thing on the phone. I got there and they said they won't return it and maybe try the richmond store. So after driving all the way over there after they agreed to return still shut it down. Pretty irritating I will never go to this store again. This is not the first problem I've had with this store.

They had 6 people at the cashier’s counter talking and no interest in helping the customer. I waited for 5 minutes one cashier helped one customer paying cash which took 2 minutes for one item when she was done she just walked away to talk with the other employees. I just put what I needed down and left. Wow!!
