Got a quote for a job, went in and handed over the key. The owner seemed like he was in a rush. He parked my car on the sidewalk, and there was a garden barrier with a metal bracket. He hit it, the corner was super sharp. Not sure if it dinged the bumper. I don’t really care, but that kind of service is unacceptable. If they don’t even take good care of the customer’s car, there’s no way I’d trust…

Posted price for smog check is $58, they charged me $68, when I asked why the guy pointed at the copy he gave me and said because I need a certificate. What do you even mean by that, stick to your posted prices, keep that 10 bucks but I'll tell people about it on reviews.

I brought my car in for a smog test, I only had to wait about 30 minutes and there is a sandwich shop across the street by the time I finished eating my sandwich my car smog test and paperwork was already for much less than other places I've been to. This place is right across the street from the San Francisco general hospital.
