Pierre’s is an exceptional business. The quality of customer service and attention to detail are outstanding. I brought my old Mazda in for a small repair and it left looking almost as good as it did 13 years ago when I bought it. Valerie, the owner, cleaned it herself, taking time to remove 13 years of hidden dirt. This was a complimentary service. The car was ready when promised. I am very pleased and highly recommend this well run, customer oriented business. Thank you, Valerie.

We LOVE Pierre's. The first time we used them for repairs, they were referred to us by our auto insurance company. We loved the level of service and quality of repairs. When someone recently ran into our parked car, we specifically requested Pierre's. And the second time has also been great. Wonderful service, great communication and I cannot wait to see the quality of the repair. I'm sure it's going to ba amazing again. These guys are way better than their competitors.

Such great service from the team here. They partner with USAA and the person that hit my car has them so I’m glad I got to try them out . My 2020 Audi Q7 was completely destroyed 3 months after I purchased it when a bear in Tahoe managed to lock itself inside of the car going after an empty cup of Vietnamese iced coffee, and freaked out mauling the interior. Seats, doors, ceiling, airbags all ripped to shreds. Shortly afterwards in a separate incident, my windshield got cracked. Pierre’s was able to make all of the repairs to the point where my car looks better than it did when I purchased the vehicle. I am happy with the work they completed. After an obnoxious quote $9,000 from a different body shop I just swung into Pierre's one day to see what they would say. The customer service was perfect, I was there for 30 minutes. Instead of pushing me hard on replacing the entire bumper like the other shop did on my Porsche Cayenne, they were able to remove 98% of the paint transfer and pop the dent out from a minor accident i had a while ago. I'm super happy with the service and the final result. Highly recommend this shop if you need work done. While waiting I also noticed they've been in business since 1967 so they have plenty of experience with everything out there and can fix anything foreign or domestic. I'd trust them with my Lamborghini (if I owned one) :)
