I booked my service a month in advance only for Chris to text me the afternoon before and tell me that there was no courtesy vehicle available. Then he rescheduled the service three weeks later without even asking. Very frustrating experience. This is the second time service has been substandard. The first time, I changed the windshield and was charged twice as much compared to Porsche Marin, which is owned by the same folks. For context, I bought a brand new Taycan in 2022. Update on 2/19/25. Unfortunately, the problems continue. The service advisor I was working with, and was very accommodating, went on maternity leave. The dealership did not assign a new advisor and I haven’t received an update for three weeks now. Update on 2/24/25. I’m now working with the fourth service advisor. From Michelle, to Elijah who fell sick, to Joyce, to Corey. Let’s see what happens. Still no loaner car available. Disappointed with this service center and Porsche as well. My car stopped charging at Electrifying America (tried 3 locations and 5 different charging stations) in the middle of a trip to LA. Had to tow the car to the nearest dealership an hour away and rent a car to continue my trip. Apparently, what fixed the issue was a software update. I called Porsche and escalated the issue to them. They send me an escalation issue number but never got back to me with any resolution.

Elijah and the Porsche SF service team are awesome! They’re super pleasant to work with, have always addressed all the needs promptly and always willing to help. Communication is always transparent and open as well. My go to service center!

Exceeds expectations! Normally getting your car serviced is not something you want to shout about but the service and attention to detail here is incredible. Michelle is an amazing person and so easy to work with. Even though I live in the East Bay and Porsche Walnut Creek is closer, the quality of service here is definitely worth the trip.

This could be one of the finest service/ dealerships. I’ve ever been to… Nothing but top-notch service and amenities. The Service is impeccable… I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else and if anyone knows who I am, I’m pretty particular… That would be an understatement

Shout out for service advisor Elijah Toro who’s level of attention to detail re the first year servicing for my 911T ensures that Porsche of San Francisco is the only place I need to go for all things Porsche.
