🔧 R Mustangs

I just bought a 1967 Mustang and called R Mustangs and spoke with Rick. I asked for help and without even thinking twice he asked me to send pictures of my car to see what I'm working with... No charge! Thank you Rick for helping my way out on the other coast.

Rick was really helpful in picking the right components for my suspension upgrades and got the car ready in no time. Pricing was very reasonable and craftsmanship is top notch.

I found R Mustangs about 5 years ago, and was supposed to have some work done there and spoke with the owner Rick over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, and explained the things that needed to be done clearly. I told him Id call him back when it came time to do the work. Just as I was about to bring the car in, I fell into a financial bind that would put my plans on the back burner. Fast forward to present day, and I finally have a few funds squared away, and I give Rick a call. I described to him my car, and he imediately remembered our talk from 5 years ago ! I told him I could finally get some work done. I informed him I would be on a budget, and he said to bring the car in to see what had to be done. The car had been sitting pretty much for about 20 years, so I wanted to make sure things were driveable. I brought the car in, and Rick assessed everything over a day with it on the lift. He broke down what needed to be done, but at the same while, he also said what didnt need to be done, or could be done at a later date. He wasnt trying to sell me a whole bunch of things I didnt need, and was actually saving me some money with his suggestions. During the whole time of him doing work on the car, he kept me in the loop, with emails and calls. He even accomodated us when we stopped by one day to check out how the car was coming along. Always great service, and smiles from Rick when we see him ! I highly recommend R Mustangs to any owner of 1964-1973 model year Mustangs. Rick is an honest guy who truly loves what he does, and loves sharing the old school Mustang mentality while providing excellent, professional service ! So thankful to Rick for assuring that our 50 year old 1970 Mustang will be on the road for 50 more !

Rick is very knowledgeable mechanic and keeps it 100%. Super respectful and offers great advice. His the right mechanic to trust with your vintage mustang. Thanks for keeping my 66’ running like new.
